For safety reasons, certain rides have height and age restrictions. Please ensure all riders meet the posted requirements. Staff may ask for identification or measure children before allowing access to rides.

Rides may be closed or temporarily suspended in cases of adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, heavy rain, or extreme temperatures. Please check with a member of staff in the Shop or Cafe for current ride availability before planning your visit.

In low season times rides operate on a rotational basis and therefore staff may not always be operating them. If you wish to go onto the rides, please either contact a member of staff in the Shop or Café or if the ride has a button please press it to call for assistance.
